We are currently seeking Licensed Therapists and Counselors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our dynamic team of mental health experts to not only help our clients reach their full potential, but to also play key role in the continued success and future growth of our organization.

Next STEPS Worldwide is a well-established outpatient clinic providing psychological, therapeutic and nutrition services with 24 locations throughout Texas. Our outpatient treatment services offer supportive and compassionate care for all populations across the life span including specialty programs tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Next STEPS firmly believes in a multidisciplinary team approach within an outpatient office setting. Our team consists of licensed psychologists, therapists, dietitians, and provider support specialists who collaborate regularly to offer the highest level of client care possible to ensure client success.

Compensation for License Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW):

• Salary from $60,000.00
• Compensation is based on experience for fully licensed professionals.
• $2,500 Signing Bonus
• Interns and Associates are welcome to apply. Compensation is based on licensure, total hours accumulated and experience.

Role and Responsibilities for Licensed Therapists and Counselors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW):

• Provide individual/family sessions appropriate to client needs
• Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings and clinical meetings
• Display professionalism in dealing with customers, staff, and clinicians
• Has experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions
• Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy methods
• Commitment to quality of service, teamwork, and participation in a highly interactive multidisciplinary clinic

Minimum Qualifications for Licensed Therapists and Counselors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW):

• Must be licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the State of Texas.
• Associates welcome.
• Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and APA standards as it relates to client treatment, patient rights, and client/patient confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Education equivalent to a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Previous clinical responsibility to include crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy.
