Active Georgia Real Estate License Required

We have more business than we can handle. We are hiring an additional 2-3 agents to meet current demand in the Douglasville area.

New and experienced real estate agents can have a lucrative career with:

Qualifications:

Must be willing to train for 3 weeks in Duluth GA prior to accepting company provided business.

• Active GA Real Estate License (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Have an absolute growth mindset
• Hard working (typical hours worked after training = 50-60 hours per week)
• Very strong written and phone skills
• Love to build relationships with customers & clients
• Be economically motivated.
• Be positive and upbeat with a great attitude
• Be able to communicate effectively across diverse cultures
• Display effective time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable making both outbound and taking inbound phone calls
• Be proficient in English

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $81,000.00 - $143,000.00 per year
