This position is fully commission-based.
Qualifications:
Texas Real Estate License or be within 1-2 months of taking the Texas exam
Open personality and ability to connect with a variety of clientele
Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen business relationships
Track record of success: sports, personal achievements or leadership roles
Desire to be on a team of positive, success-oriented individuals
Strong knowledge of DFW
Basic financial analysis skills
Entrepreneurial drive
Possess a valid driver license

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ values
