Job description

The position is for a Masters level clinician with a South Carolina license as Licensed Professional Counselor. The LPC is trained and competent to perform the core functions of:

· Screening and intake

· Orientation

· Assessment

· Treatment planning

· Individual, family, group counseling

· Case Management

· Crisis Management

· Psycho-education

· Record keeping, documentation, reports

· Case consultation and presentation

· Termination, continuing care, and referral

· Potential Clinical Supervision of 2-4 Practicum Students/Internship Students

The LPC will be able to set flexible hours at one or all of our four locations: North Myrtle Beach, Conway, Loris, and Surfside. The LPC will also have opportunities to work with several of our partnerships throughout Horry County. Non-insurance benefits (compensation for licensure fees, professional profiles, etc.) begin after 20+clinical hours/week.

All clinicians are paid as a 1099, with a competitive percentage split and opportunities for increase in percentage with supervisory experience, additional certifications, licensure, etc. We provide compensation for licensure fees, professional profiles, certifications, and more. Further details to be discussed at the initial interview.

**The Center for Counseling & Wellness is a 501c3 non profit. As a contract counselor, you will be able to certify The Center for Counseling & Wellness as an employer to qualify for the the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
