Skip-a-Long Childhood Centers and Early Head Start, part of SAL Community Services, is the Quad Cities area?s leading provider of early childhood care and education and now includes the Early Head Start Child Care Partnerships program. We provide a safe, secure and supportive environment centered on how playing can charge the mind of the children we care for.
As the LPN you will coordinate and monitor children?s health services for the Early Head Start program. This means you?ll do things like:

• Provide health education and assistance to parents.
• Plan and schedule visits to child care sites, home child care sites, and home visits.
• Review, evaluate, and interpret health/nutrition/oral health records.
• Develop and implement individualized health plans (IHPs).
• Provide training and education to staff, children, and/or families.

Minimum Requirements
LPNs must obtain background clearances, be fully-vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine, be able to travel or have reliable transportation, be able to complete physical tasks such as sit, stand, stoop, lift and carry up to 45 pounds, and view children, have the LPN active licensure in the State of Illinois, along with two plus years of related experience with child and family health. Pay: $19.90 - $21.87 per hour
