- Provide management and administrative leadership for the Good Samaritan Center (SNF), Dacier Manor (ALF)
- Implement policies, procedures, and other directives into affirmative programs and services on behalf of residents and staff
- Assure that rights of each resident are fully protected and promoted
- Administer programs and services in a manner that enables effective and efficient use of resources to attain or maintain the highest practicable, physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing of each resident
- Supervise the preparation and compliance with annual operating budgets
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws in managing the facilities and programs
