Evolution Commercial Buyer/Tenant Brokerage is seeking to hire 1 Associate Broker either on a referral or full time basis. Requirements:

1: Current New Mexico real estate license; errors & omissions insurance.

2: 6 months-1 year of real estate experience. Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required.

3: Completion of New Broker Business Practices or CCIM 101; current on CE requirements. If an applicant has not completed New Business Practices or CCIM 101, they must do so within 2 months of hire and furnish the completion certificate to the qualifying broker one week after completion or furnish New Mexico Real Estate Commission documentation that they do not have to take those classes due to out of state license and courses. If they have completed one of those classes, they must furnish the completion certificate to the qualifying broker upon hire. If licensed in another state, verify with the New Mexico Real Estate Commission such requirements. If an applicant has taken CCIM 101 in another state, verify with the New Mexico Real Estate Commission if that meets New Mexico license requirements.

4: No pending New Mexico Real Estate Commission disciplinary action or civil actions; pending actions by another state's real estate licensing agency i.e. real estate commission or division.

5: At this time, the office is a virtual or website office. Due to county license restrictions, meetings are either virtual i.e. Zoom, Google Meets, etc OR in-person meetings at a cafe such as Starbucks or client/customer offices as conditions allow.

6: At this time, the brokerage and the qualifying broker are not affiliated with any Realtor board. That may change as needed.

7: It is preferred if an associate broker is based in Albuquerque or within New Mexico. Will review out of state applicant qualifications though.
