o We cover marketing, advertising, and branding to help build your caseload.

o Quickly build a case load based on your preferences.

o Client triaging and scheduling. We help schedule your ideal clients and explain the intake process.

o Full billing support - we can help take care of all billing aspects.

o Administrative/Front Office support remote and in-person. Real people providing excellent customer service. Not just an automated/virtual assistant. Admin support to coordinate, greet, and assist your clients whether in-person or remote.

o Assisting with maintaining Confidential Records, Coordinating care, IT services, Payroll and Taxes, Records Request, Fax/Email, Scheduling, etc.

*BONUS* LCHW Member's Package:

• CEU/CEC Reimbursement (We encourage continuing education and learning.)
• Provider Task Time Reimbursement (Compensation for service-related tasks such as phone consults, encounter notes, prep for groups/sessions)
• Knowledge Sharing Meetings (Attend and/or present on a health-related topic of choice and receive compensation)
• Up to $250 Wellness Credit per month to use towards any wellness/health related expenses.
• Reimbursement for Supervision

LCHW MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Counseling: 3+ years (Required)
• Education: Master's degree (Required)
• WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING MEMBERS WITH THE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY TO PRACTICE INDEPENDENTLY.
• WA License (Required): Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and/or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80,074.31 - $129,476.86 per year
