Currently, we are seeking #ThoseWhoHustle for our growing team of Licensed Insurance Service Representatives who will sell life insurance direct to the consumer through inbound inquiries.
Here’s what you’ll do as a Licensed Insurance Service Representative:
- · Handle high-volume inbound calls to service existing customer accounts and upsell/cross-sell Whole Life, Term Life, College Plan, AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment), and other insurance products
- · Provide exemplary high-value support to customers which may include various types of service and sales functions including processing of name change forms, beneficiary forms, policy payments and recurring payment set up
- · Assist enrolled insurance customers with online service platform login, troubleshooting, and electronic account information
- · Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell during each customer interaction to increase current policy coverage and/or added coverage
- · Explain the features of various policies and assist with policy renewals
- · Follow established and customized services and sales processes
- · Maintain all company, client, and industry compliance requirements
- · Meet established KPIs and perform other duties as required
Here’s what you already have to be a successful Licensed Insurance Service Representative:
- Must carry an Active Life, Accident, & Health License; must maintain licensing in required states
- Insurance industry experience and knowledge required; call center experience beneficial
- Ability to meet schedule and attendance requirements
- Self-discipline and self-reliance to work with minimal supervision; positive and energetic attitude
- Must possess a strong desire to succeed with a track record of over-achieving sales targets
- · Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- · Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs, and other business programs as needed
Remote Opportunity Requirements:
- Must reside in the state of Kentucky
- · You must have a quiet and undisturbed place to work with fast and reliable internet that you can plug your computer directly into; shared or public WiFi, Satellite, Dial-Up, and Hotspots will not suffice
- · Internet speeds must be a minimum of 10 Mbps download , 2 Mbps upload speeds
- · Home Router with Ethernet link to PC/Laptop required in addition to a dependable power strip
