Locally owned and operated, our busy home inspection company is expanding, and we are looking to hire additional home inspectors as employees. We are currently looking for inspectors in outlying areas as well as Columbus area.

Completed training is preferred through a school like iGo or Hondros. Internachi also has a program that you can use to complete coursework for the State. It is preferred that you have passed the NHIE and/or are licensed in the state of Ohio. If you have been operating your own business and are tired of the hassle, contact us.

Training will be provided for all additional licenses or certifications.

Duties include performing home inspections, collecting testing samples, and WDI inspections. Must be able to physically lift and carry ladders, walk on a roof and enter crawlspaces and attics and not mind driving. Driving is an essential part of the job. Must have a good, reliable car. You will be required to drive as we inspect all over.

Must be honest and reliable, have strong attention to detail and strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Must be able to learn new programs and information and retain that knowledge. Must pass pre-employment drug testing, criminal background check and/or general reference check. Must not mind driving. Should also have consistent work history.

Would love to find someone that is bilingual and speaks Spanish.

Hours are lighter in the Fall/Winter months and heavier in the Spring/Summer.

Work is performed at the home being inspected and the report finished at your home office or location of choice.

We work with an insurance broker and provide up to 200 for health benefits. We offer PTO after a year and bonuses.
