RHD's Coastal Wellness is looking for a full-time Clinical Manager (LCSW/LPC) to join our Team!

How You Can Make a Real Impact:
Provide clinical support and leadership to staff and participants. Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of programmatic systems. Works with Program Director and Program Manager to develop new strategies to ensure needs and best practices are incorporated into the program design.

Program Summary:
RHD Salt of Passaic County offers a variety of flexible services and subsidized housing to assist mental health consumers in their transitions from a hospital setting to the communities of Passaic County. This housing model provides intensive in-house support based on individual needs. By providing consumer choice and a more focused system of support, participants can achieve stability within the local community as an alternative to residential group care, gaining fuller access to community resources and a greater measure of independence.

Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Provide supervision and evaluation of staff including E.H.R oversight and approval of notes as rendering provider for billing.
  • Implement and maintain program policy and procedures and continuous quality improvement measures.
  • Monitor and maintain the program budget.
  • Coordinates facilitate and document treatment and services for program participants, groups, and individuals. Document and submit all clinical interactions in a timely manner.
  • All other duties as identified by the Program Director.

Required Qualifications:
  • Required Experience: 3 years experience working with MH/IDD, D&A/Homeless population.
  • Required Education: Master’s Degree required in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum Master’s Degree required in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience working with MH/IDD, D&A/Homeless population.
  • Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW in NJ).
  • Five years of experience managing a diverse team of clinicians and medical staff.

Salary: $70,000 annually.
