Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing the Borrowing unit within the Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery department for UK Libraries. The Borrowing unit provides interlibrary loan services to UK patrons, providing timely access to materials not already available through UK Libraries. Job duties include managing the Interlibrary Loan Borrowing unit, processing interlibrary loan borrowing transactions and processing received materials, processing invoices and payment for these materials, providing excellent public service, and backing up the department and other library staff.
