With support of management, this position will involve a variety of tasks focused on assisting individuals with disabilities in their home and community to achieve their maximum potential and self-sufficiency, in accordance with principles of self-determination. Our team members are responsible for:

• the provision of personal care which may include feeding, toileting, and showering both males and females
• consistently and positively interact with the people we serve
• assist with medications
• assist with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
• other duties as assigned including doing something FUN!
