Remote Legal Intake Specialist

Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time evening and weekend legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential causes, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. $40,000

• Taking all Potential New Client (PNC) calls as soon as possible
• Getting all important data at first contact with PNCs
• Contacting the Attorneys about whether we can accept a PNC’s case or not in a timely manner
• Scheduling and dispatching investigators as needed
• Following up with PNCs to help them sign up for our services
• Retrieve police reports and scene/injury photos
• Send all appropriate documentation needed for New client onboarding

• CRM and case management software experience a plus
• Previous legal experience is a plus
• Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
• Available to be on call and work on weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis
