What are we looking for:

- 1 year plus experience in property management.

- Great marketing skills and/or leasing track record.

- Solid grasp of property management and fair housing

- High-level office and computer skills --- Yardi software experience is a huge plus!

What you'll be up to:

- Use your people-skills to take future residents on tours of buildings and units. Communicate with team to post available apartments in a timely fashion.

- Manage various platforms to post advertisements, follow up on leads via email and phone.

- Answer questions about the various apartment complexes in our portfolio.

Type of person:

- High-energy with a positive attitude, with proven leasing/sales, resident relations/retention skills.

- Organized and responsible. Timely. Resilient.

- A collaborator with a can-do attitude.

- Self-driven, literally and figuratively, because we'll need you to drive around for showings.

Required:

- Must be able to work some Saturdays to show apartments.

- Willing to travel daily for showings.

- Experience in the field preferred, including interacting with industry-standard software.
