HilltopSecurities is currently looking to hire a Learning & Development Program Manager

This position is an individual contributor responsible for ongoing development and management of HilltopSecurities University, a multifaceted platform to train and develop employees on industry related topics. This role will facilitate the Intern development program, ensuring a robust and valuable experience for participants and build-out of pipeline for future roles in the Firm.
Essential Functions:
  • Design, develop, implement and facilitate training and development programs for employees and managers.
  • Conduct regular training needs analysis with review of curriculum design and effectiveness
  • Work closely with HR and key leaders to build informational resources regarding each business line
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver core Securities training for each of the four primary business units; ensure the training meets the needs of each function and is aligned with the goals of the business
  • Facilitate the HTS Intern development program to include coordination of program calendar, business unit learning sessions and schedule of communications
  • Oversee a dedicated learning webpage that includes a library of training materials and resources
  • Primary contact and administrator for LinkedIn Learning
  • Other functions as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, including program design work and facilitation
  • Experience in Financial Services preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business strategy into organization development plans
  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
