The Leadership Development Advisor works with Leadership Development Team to create and manage portfolio of leadership offerings. Applies sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills together in the design, development and maintenance of leadership programs and development initiatives.

Responsibilities May Include

Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes

Perform/support needs analysis and provide scalable solutions to support leadership learning needs of employees at all levels

Create and manage an enterprise leadership offering

Facilitation of learning activities as part of these offerings

Review deliverables for accuracy and quality

Develop and deliver solutions for leadership learning experiences, to help Phillips 66 people leaders develop their capabilities

Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers

Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems

Measure, track and evaluate learning programs

Required Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

High School diploma or GED

Experience with learning design, development, delivery, and evaluation of people leader learning curricula

Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking hybrid environment

Passion for leadership and for helping leaders become the best they can be

Ability to manage multiple projects from analysis through delivery concurrently

Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work demand and learning schedule

Preferred Qualifications

5 or more years of related professional experience

Bachelor’s degree

Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all levels.

Excellent presentation and facilitation

Ability to tailor style and messaging to effectively reach diverse audiences at different levels and backgrounds

Previous experience or ability to become a course facilitator/ instructor

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
