Job Summary:
As the Lead Technology Recruiter, you will play a key role in the rapid expansion of talent that will drive the personalization and engine strategy for Exos. You will partner with technology leadership to identify the right individuals who will impact the whole company with business intelligence/analytics data, and the development, launch, and execution of all related software in production in both the direct to consumer and B2B spaces. This position will report to our Vice President of Talent Acquisition and develop a strong partnership with our Chief Technology Officer and her leadership team.
Job Description:
Additional responsibilities include the following:
  • Implement and drive the full cycle recruiting process by building strong relationships with Exos hiring managers and creating an amazing candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions for assigned roles that capture key responsibilities, job requirements, and promote the Exos mission
  • Build candidate pipelines and reporting using our applicant tracking system (Workday) that builds both awareness, goals and accountability
  • Develop and execute candidate outreach strategies that ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Understand and promote our employment brand to illustrate our unique employer value proposition
  • Become an ambassador of culture, quality standards, and practices and effectively identify candidates that share our core principle of being a customer-obsessed team/organization
  • Develop outreach strategies to effectively attract and engage talent in targeted companies, industries and communities
  • Partner with leadership on long term engineering, product, and design brand-building which includes acting as the team representative at job fairs, conferences, events, and schools to promote Exos as an employer of choice
  • Constantly hone market data on compensation for roles we compete to hire and retain through constant candidate interactions.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in house or agency) within the tech industry - preferably with known consumer facing brands
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Strong social media presence and network within the hiring areas assigned
  • Experience executing targeted outreach strategies - companies, industries, candidate profiles, etc.
  • Experience in technology a plus but not required
