GENERAL SUMMARY
The Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst assists the Department Manager in administering the order release process to efficiently utilize DC capacity and ensure ship to arrive dates are met. The Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst provides business process and analytical leadership within the department, identifying opportunities for process improvement in order management and across supply chain planning.
The Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst will create standard reports using a variety of analytical tools and software and employ strong communication skills to build and present fact-based and compelling business presentations to all levels in the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing insights through analysis to drive improvements within the organization
- Supervising associates and providing them with training and coaching
- Cross departmental collaboration to proactively manage programs to retail to ensure efficient execution
- Communicating plans and results across a multitude of departments
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consumer products company in the area of Operations, Distributions Center, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Logistics
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with R, Python, Power BI, SAS, and/or SQL
- Advanced Excel and ACCESS
- Supervisory skills, preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quantitative and analytical abilities
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Analytics, Operations, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Supply Chain Management
