Overview:Under minimal supervision, this position performs a variety of administrative duties to support the National/Specialty Billing Team and Shared Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
Team Lead will be the point of contact for all questions as they pertain to new customer onboarding and their specific billing requirements. Review and evaluate all new special billing requests. Complete all onboarding and setup for customer specific billing requirements. Auditing and training Document training guidelines and procedures. Ensure Billing is completed within specified time frames. Other duties as assigned by Shared Services Manger.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write simple reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, vendors, and other employees. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate rates, discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Requirements Sit while answering phones or reply to emails Use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects tools or controls Repeat the same movements when entering data See details of objects that are less than a few feet away Speak clearly so listeners can understand Understand the speech of another person Focus on one source of sound and ignore others Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them See differences between colors, shades and brightness
