Typical Pay Range – From 27.11 to 30.81 hourly
General Description:
The Lead Role Player works directly with the Role Players to ensure Role Player Support Services (RPSS) for the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Specific Training is accomplished. The RPSS will be provided to Military Police (MP) in the National Guard, Army Reserve, and other DOD components. The Lead Role Player will coordinate and furnish liaison with the Site Manager while training is being conducted.
Major Duties:
- Supervise Role Players and Role Player activities.
- Ensure Role Players are present at the correct location.
- Ensure Role Players have the proper equipment, props, and materials as required for the FTX.
- Ensure the Role Players are in character when participating in the FTX.
- Coordinate with Course Manager to ensure Role Players meet the current training requirements
- Maintain accountability of Role Players hours worked.
- On sustainment or non-training days, the Lead Role Player will be available by cell phone but not necessarily on site unless requirements dictate.
- Abide by all installation security regulations.
- Be able to work outside in all climates (heat, cold, rain, etc).
- Withstand long periods of standing, walking, and replicating normal business/general tasks that occur in theater environments and conditions.
Required qualifications:
- Must be US citizen
- Possess a High School diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
- Must meet the state's REAL ID license requirements
- Individual must possess a minimum of three (3) years’ experience supporting Military Training Exercises
The pay range information provided is a general guideline. The pay rate offered will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as geographic locations, market and other business considerations as permitted by law.
