Lead Recruiter - Full Desk
Onsite in San Francisco (Office Located in the Financial District)
Base salary + strong commission incentives + bonuses + benefits (OTE $200,000 - $300,000)

The Job

  • As a Lead Recruiter, you will balance your proven ability to build and run a desk with the development and growth of a team below you, while leading that team to meet and exceed their targets as well
  • You will be developing new business opportunities and cross-selling opportunities across our specialisms and locations
  • You will be implementing effective approaches and sales techniques to generate new business relationships and manage each process efficiently
  • You will lead by example by expertly identifying and approaching candidates, both active and passive, and manage the process from initial conversation to closing the candidate on offers
  • You will be establishing a network of both candidates and clients in the market to create long-lasting relationships and generate other business opportunities


About You

  • You have experience working in a recruitment/staffing agency and have worked in a full 360 role, where you managed both candidate and client processes from start to finish
  • Proven experience with generating new business, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, candidate management, negotiations, and closing deals
  • You want to have more ownership in your role and are interested in building out new areas within the Data & Analytics market
  • You have prior management experience, preferably managing recruiters
  • You enjoy working in a close-knit team, have a positive mindset, and have a work hard play hard mentality
