ABOUT THE ROLE

The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruitment programs, procedures, and plans. It is a self-driven position where being adaptable, creative, and strategic are the ingredients for success. Our ideal candidate is someone who is unafraid to try new things in order to attract and retain the best talent — the type of talent that can take a company to the next level and beyond. Someone who will own the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.

In this role you'll:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.
  • Sourcing candidates and ensuring a robust pipeline for Tech/Non Tech roles.
  • Posting jobs on various platforms (AngelList, Stack, Linkedin, Indeed, etc)
  • Review inbound applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position and conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Ensuring all candidates data are updated in the ATS on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating hiring events, assessments and interviews.
  • Maintain pertinent applicant data and generate reports.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Stakeholder management.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in full life-cycle of recruiting.
  • Experience of working in a high-growth tech company or startup and helped scaled tech/non tech teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles/stakeholders at any given time.
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands on experience with Recruitment ATS (Greenhouse Preferred)
