About Us:
Bari, a nod to the coastal Italian capital of Puglia, is a new bar and restaurant located on West 3rd Street in Los Angeles. Taking design cues from the masserias (farmhouse villas) of Southern Italy, the stucco and archway-filled venue highlights a long bar and lounge space that is best enjoyed in groups. We offer an extensive menu of small plates that feature true-to-the-region pastas, grilled fish, and meats.

You love to be hands on, working the line and honing your cooking skills
Take direction well and can work in a tight knit team that pushes to be better
Love to learn about ingredients and treat them with care while teaching others
Understand that without proper scheduling and inventory we can’t do the things we love more (cooking)
Have a problem solving attitude and want to be the solution
Inspire others to be their best each day and guide them to grow
Requirements:
- +4 years experience as a line cook
- Managerial/Supervisory experience
- Must come from the fine dining or upscale dining background
- Some knowledge of Italian food and product is preferred
- Proof of vaccination required
- Serve Safe certification
- Open availability for holidays and weekends
- Must be able to work 40-55 hours a week

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
