We are looking to add a motivated Lead Esthetician to our team in Palm City!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for skin care that our clients can feel, experience as an esthetics team lead and proven track record of sales. If you're energetic, lead by example and committed to fostering a positive team culture this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Performing professional, high-quality facial, peel, LED and microdermabrasion treatments
• Performing body waxing
• Tailoring product suggestions to customer's individual needs
• Educating clients on the benefits of facials as part of their overall wellness program
• Attracting and retaining clientele
• Attending training sessions given by product vendors to become an expert on our product lines
• Suggestive selling of our proprietary product lines
• Master and deploy new esthetic's protocols to our esthetics team
• Set, monitor and communicate team and individual sales and service goals with the Regional Manager of Esthetics Services and the Spa Manager

Qualifications:

• Strong sales record
• Consistent record of service upgrades
• Speed waxing experience
• Peel and microdermabrasion experience
• Team leadership experience
• Training experience
• Professional insurance
• Licensed by the state of FL
• Willingness to obtain Winter Park and Orange County Licenses

This position is goal oriented and performance based with a strong focus on elevating individual and team performance. You must be a skilled esthetician who earns their customers trust and exceeds expectations. You will be required to sell facial products.
