Lead Dishwasher- (English or Spanish speaking)

Summary- Seeking an employee who is efficieant and can work well with others. has the ability to wash with a machine and 3-comp sink. Able to manage a team of 3 employees assuring everyone always takes there break. A strong personable person who just loves the job.

Reports To- Executive Chef

Essential Duties-

wash dishes efficiently

positive attitude with others

ability to lift 20-50#

able to wash multiple dishes and equipment quickly

ability to train staff

organizational skills

ability to take invenotry on chemicals and order whats needed through the executive or sous chefs

strong leader
