Our client, a local cannabis dispensary network with over 5 years in the industry is looking for a LEAD BUDTENDER (SHIFT LEADER) to join their operation team for a FULL-TIME role located in SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree, two (2) years of post-secondary education or two (2) years of experience in the field of the health.
• Knowledhe of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Available to work rotating shifts including closing shifts and weekends.
• Availability of 40 hours per week.

Essential Functions:

• Primary function of supervision, direction and motivation of employees in their work shift. Run opening, intermediate or closing shifts.
• Verify that you have all the products available, necessary work equipment and clean dispensary facilities to meet and/or exceed patient expectations.
• Ensuring that patient service is prompt, accurate, and that the product is of the highest quality in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Cash handling in activities such as balancing the "petty cash", balancing cash register, deposits in the vault assigned for it.
• Maintain the standards of sanitation and cleanliness of the Dispensary, inside and outside of it.
• Other task as requested by the immediate supervisor to ensure the proper functioning of the Dispensary.
