Job description

• Spring-Green Lawn Care is a fast growing company looking for a motivated individual who has the desire to work outdoors with minimal supervision and provide our customers with exceptional service.

There is no experience necessary. We also offer paid training to obtain the necessary Iowa Pesticide License.

Uniforms and PPE will be provided.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Work authorization (Preferred)
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to pass state pesticide certification exam.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years old for insurability purposes.
• Must have the ability to lift, carry, load, and unload 50 pound bags. Along with the ability to push and guide spreaders that may weigh between 80-100 pounds. Maneuvering up to 400-foot spray hose.
• Must present a professional image.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and work in temperatures ranging from 30 degrees up to 90 degrees.
• Ability to work on occasional Saturdays.
• Must have the ability to work independently and able to provide good customer service.

This position is responsible for providing professional lawn and tree care to both our residential and commercial customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $22.75 per hour
