Position Summary:

Responsible for performing laundry functions in order to maintain a clean and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.

Position Schedule: Part Time – 6 -4 hour shifts or 3 - 8 hour shifts, flexible on weekdays and weekends.

Position Location: 16455 E. Avenue of the Fountains | Fountain Hills, AZ 85268

Compensation: $17.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Essential Functions:

• Launder all linens and personal resident laundry.
• Remove soiled bed and bath linens and replaces with fresh linens (where applicable).
• Follow safe handling procedures for soiled laundry.
• Ensure personal resident laundry is folded or placed on hangers and returned to resident’s unit.

• Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper order.
• Ensure laundry area is kept neat, clean, and organized.
• Ensure lint traps are empty after each load of laundry.
• May provide additional cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Polish and clean linen chutes (where applicable).
• Represents the community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
