Lash Artist (Cosmetologist/ Esthetician ) - No Experience Required

Responsibilities:

• Provide TrueXpress, Classic, Volume, and Hybrid Lash extension services to clients
• Provide other services like Tinting, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifts, etc. to Clients
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Generate new clients using marketing and referral deals provided by the studio
• Learning and following all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash application, service, and customer relations
• Selling lash care products and memberships
• Following all sanitation protocols and standards
• Performing additional duties as required

Qualifications:

• Esthetician or Cosmetology license from Florida
• Available 30-40 hours each week for client appointments
• Customer service-oriented, Professional appearance at all times.
• Ability to work flexible days/hours including evening shifts, weekends, and some holiday hours.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be available on evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Must be in the studio during specified hours, regardless of scheduled appointments.
• Available for staff meetings both in person and on the phone
• Should bring 7-10 models for initial hands-on training
• Maintain an ongoing clean workstation
• Be positive, proactive, upbeat, and personable
