We’re looking for someone who will fit our team with the following traits:

What you'll do:

• You’ll contribute to the many activities that make outdoor living space, plants and client relationships bloom. Using a variety of equipment such as excavators, skid loaders, blowers, clippers, and saws and more to create Outdoor living spaces, general property maintenance and plant placement.
• Team members are also responsible for set up and clean up, and taking good care of our trucks and machinery as needed

Skills we're seeking:

• Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 5-98 pounds often and + if not affraid of heights .
• You must be at least 18 year old, enthusiastic and dependable, and able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters.
• training can be provided but we expect efficiency

Previous experience is helpful, but you must have an understanding of landscape basics

Physical Demands:

• Safely perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of various landscaping equipment and materials, including, but not limited to backpack blowers, large containers of stone/ mulch/plant material, various sizes of heavy equipmetn, etc.
• Safely operate hand and power equipment, including but not limited to manual and powered sawing and cutting equipment.
• Lift and carry up to 90 lbs.
• Lift branches and limbs
• Push, pull, grip and squeeze various tools, products and/or items (e.g., pruning
• Walk up to 12 miles a day, sometimes uphill and on uneven terrain, often while carrying, pushing, or pulling equipment, materials, or debris.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Bend and kneel up to 9 hours or more a day
• Use hand saw and other tools

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Downingtown, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
