Job description

We are looking for a full-time Landscaper to join our team at Aspire! The Landscaper position is directly responsible for the hands-on beautification of landscapes of our diverse recreational experience. Tasks involved include:

· Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns

· Weeding and mulching landscape beds

· Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs

· Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees

· Planting shrubs, flowers and trees

· Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes

· Monitoring and maintaining plant health

· Applying pesticides in a safe manner

· Maintaining watering systems

Applicants should be hard-working, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Applicants should be ready to keep up with the high-paced demands of a busy landscaping Team. There is opportunity for growth and development within the company if initiative, investment and responsibility is exemplified.

Schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Occasional weekend work may be required with advanced notice. Work begins after verification of qualifications at Aspire Park in Clinton, Tennessee.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
