JDR Technologies is looking for Small Cell/Civil laborers that will be able to provide the daily functions needed to complete the installation of tower foundations, equipment shelter foundations, access roads and compound areas at tower and communication sites throughout the Midwest. This position requires a CDL A to ensure delivery of equipment to the site. Drilling experience preferred.

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures
• Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes
• Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties
• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment (digger derrick, skid, mini excavator etc.)
• Basic ground labor work

Other duties as assigned

• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift 50-60lbs.
• Perform excavation, forming, tying rebar, and utility groundings
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Provide detailed and accurate reporting of duties performed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, picks up tools, equipment, debris, etc.
• Understand configurations, interpret construction drawings, closeout redlines and read prints
• Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil construction
• High school diploma or GED.
• 20% travel availability
• Live in Minnesota (Be willing to relocate)
• A high level of customer centricity
• A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills
• Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented
