Job description

We are looking for a motivated, diligent individual with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative to work with us in a fast-moving manufacturing environment at Delta Industrial Manufacturing.

Job Duties:

• Perform manual tasks associated with the production of dry-mix shotcrete
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift (training provided)
• Inspect equipment for safe operating conditions on a daily basis
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
• Comply with OSHA rules and Company policies and Procedures

Requirements

• Be able to work under high pressure in a fast- paced environment, maintaining high quality product with minimum supervision
• Be well-organized, have strong initiative and sense of responsibility

• Be able to accurately select and load material to meet customer and production requirements.
• Be able to communicate effectively have the ability to read and understand material tags and work orders

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in inclement weather (its Alaska!)
• Ability to lift 70 pounds or greater to shoulder height, climb into and out of the forklift.
• NOTE: Constant exposure to dust and noise. PPE required.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
