Job description

Rangely District Hospital has an opening in the Lab for a Medical Technologist/Technician. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
This position is responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures to meet the needs of patients as ordered by the medical staff and for performing all related duties in the absence of and/or direction of the laboratory manager.
Qualified applicants are required to possess the following:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Science and graduate of an approved program in Medical Technology per CLIA 88

• Required licenses/certifications:

• Must be certified, licensed or registered medical technician/technologist.
• Current CPR certification.

• Must have vision/correction of 20/20 and be able to distinguish colors.

• Computer experience desirable.

• Must cover call on a rotating schedule and respond to the hospital in 10 minutes, day or night.

Shift: Monday – Friday with a call schedule
Hourly Wage Range: $20.91-26.15
