Job Summary
Reporting to management, the Laboratory Assistant PDI is responsible for the collection, receipt and distribution of specimens with the laboratory as well as the operation of anticipated laboratory equipment.
Pay Range
Minimum $21.00 Midpoint $21.00 Maximum $22.00
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
- 1 year clinical laboratory experience
- Proficient with computer
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Experience Preferred:
- 3 years or more of clinical Laboratory experience
- Associate Degree
- Cert Phlebotomist Tech 1
Education Required:
- High School Diploma
Work Environments - Functional Demand:
Sedentary - Very light energy level Lift 10 lbs. box overhead. Lift and carry 15 lbs. Push/pull 20 lbs. cart.
