Description
We are searching for a strong candidate with a culinary background and management experience to take over responsibility of food production as well as the training and oversight of kitchen staff. An ideal candidate should be competent in delegating tasks and skilled in prep and line work. The Kitchen Manager will report to the Director of Culinary Services. The job requires 40 hours/week with nights, weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
- 5+ years culinary/restaurant experience
- 2+ years supervisory or management experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- ServSafe Certification
- Culinary Arts degree a plus
