The Current Lighting Salesforce is comprised of dynamic sales professionals who possess entrepreneurial spirit, know how to serve the customer and work collaboratively. Our sales team is focused on driving speed and simplification to enable big wins in the marketplace. This Key Account Sales Manager role is responsible for driving sales for all Current Lighting brands and products with End-User’s, Institutional entities, national energy contractors, and key distribution partners. This position can be located in Charlotte, Washington, DC, Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, Orlando, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategy to sell Current Lighting Products to new and existing End-user customers.
- Meet or exceed sales budget and consistently development new customers.
- Drive process to accurately and consistently forecast through effective use of SFDC, planning tools, and additional resources to conduct pipeline reviews.
- Anticipate market dynamics, identify growth opportunities and plan strategically to address future market needs for Current Lighting Brands.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders to support the value proposition. Stakeholders include Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, etc.
- Drive speed and simplification through cross functional collaboration and proactive sharing of best practices throughout the Key Accounts Sales Team.
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years commercial experience
- Exceptional leadership, team building, interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong Lighting industry experience to include Products and End-User Selling.
- Highly motivated individual with proven track record
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer/channel relationships
- Willingness to travel as needed to be successful in role
Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is 120,000-150,000.
