WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Key Account Senior Manager, The Ordinary who is responsible for leading the respective key accounts within the DECIEM business by developing strategic, 360°, omni Go To Market plans that maximize brand accessibility and drive rank gain and market share growth in North America


This role will be based out of our New York Office.

Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 a year

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE


  • Manage key US omni channel programming with a focus on best in class retail account partnership, fostering excellent working relationships with all members of Merchant teams
  • Oversee sales forecasting, ensuring appropriate stock levels are being met in stores/online by consistently monitoring shipments, changes in product availability, proactively identifying OOS product risks or up ticks in demand and manage non-productive inventory
  • Manage the sell in and sell through strategies in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance teams for the retail accounts across both B&M and Dot com to support omni revenue and growth targets
  • Oversee omni product assortments maximizing productivity, mix, and presentation driving innovation focused on optimizing current programs, and building/ testing new programs and opportunities
  • Track, analyze and recap the business performance and opportunities on bi-weekly, quarterly and annual basis including competitive retail reports and mix of business
  • Accelerate Retailer.com channel by optimizing strengthening PDP content and SEO optimization, negotiating best in class site exposure to align with key retailer, brand, or product moments
  • Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Team on creating differentiated in-store experiences through unique merchandising and collateral opportunities. Ensure clear, accurate briefing of all projects to ensure an on time, exceptional implementation upholding DECIEM brand cues
  • In conjunction with the Head of Partnerships make analytically supported commercial innovation recommendations to influence sales performance and mitigate sales gaps.
  • Build strong, positive, and collaborative relationships with external counterparts (merchandising, marketing, planning, dot com) while developing strategies to sustainably increase revenue
  • Collaborate with internal and external digital teams on developing retailer specific media plans including CRM / targeting campaigns and strategies

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE


  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and Excel skills
  • Specialty/Multi channel experience
  • Strategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalize, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Solid financial acumen and experience working in corporate beauty brand. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to solve problems, negotiate and take ownership
  • 5+ years of people management and/or leadership experience is required
