Animal training facility, 5 miles west of I-5, off Highway 126, is looking for part-time kennel help. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter with their own vehicle. Job duties include working with and near animals, lots of cleaning and spending much time outdoors. Applicants should be in good physical condition and able to tolerate heavy lifting, bending and kneeling.

*Previous experience working with animals is a plus

You must have a hearty attitude to deal with hot weather and rain! Dependability is a must!

Shifts are 2:30 pm to 6:30 PM Saturdays and Sundays. We are looking for someone weekends and most holidays.
Approximately 8 hours weekly to start. More hours available as time progresses.

Duties Include:
-Feeding dogs, cats, ducks, birds, & squirrels
-Closely follow written schedules for specialty care and feeding
-Rotating dogs and groups of dogs groups in exercise yards, socializing new animals & animal enrichment
-Cleaning animal facilities, washing dishes, laundry
-Managing water supply for animals, lifting large water bottles
-Daily maintenance and cleaning of all animal kennels
-General maintenance and repairs
-Other projects as time permits
