THE ROLE

Gotham Greens is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to serve as the point of contact for systems implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and Digital Solutions leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide daily monitoring, operations, and management of our core systems and network.
• Point of contact for systems implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and support working in conjunction with Lead System Administrator and Digital Solutions leadership.
• Improve technological support, business continuity, and scalability.
• Deploy, support, and document existing and new technology systems across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with the offshore L1 and L2 support and development. In conjunction with Digital Solutions leadership, the Lead System Administrators, and others
• Responsible for the continuous operation of the Gotham Greens system as well as the Data Center.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science, Software Engineering, or other business related field
• 10% to 15% required travel
• Experience with Windows Server Administration
• Experience with cloud (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) – Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
• Experience with Office 365, AzureAD, and Intune or equivalent knowledge of user account administration, identity and access management, and endpoint management using other technologies
• SAML and SSO configuration experience
• Knowledge of PowerShell (or another scripting language) with the ability to automate common tasks
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), familiarity with network troubleshooting tools (PING, TRACERT, IPCONFIG, NSLOOKUP, NETSTATE)
• Understanding of the role of network devices and interfaces (client, server, NIC, switch, router, access point, etc.)
• Familiarity with information security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical content to a non-technical audience
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to work independently
• Experience with an IT ticketing system
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position. The annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000, depending on relevant experience.
