A top brokerage team at Compass is seeking a new agent to assist with team listings and leads. 1 year of NYC real estate experience required.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and ready to work hard in a team environment. You will help manage the team’s portfolio while simultaneously growing your own rolodex through personal and team contacts, creating your own sustainable business over time. You will benefit from the mentorship of a seasoned agent while being able to grow your own business too. The candidate will be working full time including weekends. Location of work will be various locations across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Responsibilities:

• Work and create relationships with buyers, renters, landlords and sellers
• Assist Senior broker with overflow and active clients
• Schedule and conduct showings
• Lead follow up
• Maintain relationships with active and past client
• Align with client expectations and go above and beyond every step of the way
• Light administrative work

Ideal Candidate:

• Enjoys working in a creative and collaborative work environment
• Exhibits the discipline and persistence needed to convert a cold lead to an active client.
• Familiarity with the NYC real estate market
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Entrepreneurial spirit and with a focus in sales
• Detail-oriented and organized in all aspects of their work
• Is passionate and can take initiative on projects
• Can work independently and in a team environment
• Proactive approach to executing transactions and closing deals
• Team player with a high level of integrity

Requirements:

• Licensed NY Real Estate Salesperson
• At least 1 year of NYC real estate experience
• Familiarity with Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods
• Ability to work weekends consistently

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
