Project Manager - Junior/Residential

Ace Environmental Holdings, LLC provides a full range of environmental services ranging from 24-hour Spill Response and Tank Management to Environmental Services including Soil and Groundwater Remediation and Waste Transportation. Environmental Clean Up Company Baltimore, DC, and Mid-Atlantic Regions. We pride ourselves on reputation and are looking for someone to join our team-oriented environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Quote and execute residential and commercial projects primarily throughout the Maryland and DC area. This would include vacuum truck services, tank removals, tank cleanings, industrial cleaning, non hazardous waste hauling and emergency spill response.

- Preparation of bids, obtaining permits and orchestrating other key elements for successful project completion

- Track and maintain all projects in HubSpot

- Work hand in hand with operations and executive team through full life cycle the project to manage budget and scope of work.

- Maintain and grow strong customer relationships as required by the position.

- Maintain Ace standards and reputation in the industry.

Requirements:

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree (Degree in Environmental Science, Biology or Chemistry a plus)

- HubSpot knowledge preferred

- Construction industry or residential project management experience preferred

- Valid drivers license and/or DOT medical card

- Minimum 3 years’ experience

- Must be able to work in atmospheric conditions such as extreme cold, heat, humidity, and other various weather conditions.

- Must be able to navigate construction sites consisting of uneven terrain, climbing stairs and ladders, and working at heights

- Must be able to lift objects up to 80lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs

Compensation:

- $55,000-$65,000 (depending on experience)
