The Opportunity*
This role will be leading out with internal corporate IT support, helping bolster our DevOps team, assisting with production infrastructure and our growing development, operations and internal staff. This position reports to the VP of Technology. Because the job requires availability to come into the office, we're looking for local candidates.

Responsibilities & Qualifications*

• Equipment setup, configuration, and management, all via automated tools of course.
• Equipment inventory and asset tracking.
• General IT support, we hire some of the most intelligent folks around, however sometimes we all need help.
• User management via G-Suite, office productivity via Office365, phone services with RingCentral, and user provisioning on other various sites.
• Familiarity with directory as a service tooling such as JumpCloud and Apple’s MDM solution.
• Basic routing, switching, and wifi configuration.
• Proficiency with Mac OS-X and Windows operating systems.
• Basic Linux system administration skills.
• Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Puppet is a plus.
• Ability to responsibly handle confidential information.
• Excellent self-direction and self-management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic scripting skills.
• Knowledge of python is a plus.
• Comfort with CLI tools.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships.

This job will almost certainly require things we don’t yet know about or understand. (In other words, things are moving fast and we don’t know everything the future holds. This position will require learning new things, being flexible, and helping create and recreate our processes as we grow.) An ideal candidate will be working towards an IT / IS degree.
