The agency worX is partnering with a fashion brand to find a Jr Fashion Project Manager that can join their NYC on a hybrid model- ASAP!

Pay rate: $30-$35/h
Location: NYC hybrid

*Please note this is a temporary opportunity- 3 months to start-

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of projects with internal & external partners
• Have thorough understanding of Consumer Marketing Organization roles in projects and processes
• Ensure projects meet business requirements and are running as designed
• Facilitate cross-discipline and cross-partner collaboration
• Diagnose problems and propose solutions to keep moving towards completion
• Keep track of all assigned jobs providing an accurate and constant gauge of department capacity, efficiency and accuracy
• Strong understanding of brand standards to ensure all project deliverables stay “on brand”
• Maintain knowledge of latest industry systems and processes to support PM development
• Provide point of view on best practices and solutions across functions
• Ensure post project information, legal, and financial data is complete
• Ensure proper documentation of meeting notes for communication to business partners and record keeping

Background:

• 5 years’ experience in project management (if not possible with our budget, then as much experience as we can get!)
• Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic, open-minded
• Strong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency
• Excellent communication, written and verbal
• Fully proficient with Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel and analyzing data
• Customer Service oriented
• Experience with managing/influencing team members who are not direct reports, as well as executive level personnel
• Experience to confidently lead, motivate and influence project progress
• Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on multiple concurrent tight deadlines
• Have a good working knowledge of integrated production and pre-media disciplines including print, video and digital
• Proficient in a Mac environment and familiar with Adobe software packages and other software solutions

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
