Job Coach

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Starting Pay: $14.00/hour with an additional $1.00 shift differential on weekends.

About the Role

The Job Coach provides specialized coaching and support to individuals with disabilities in obtaining and sustaining meaningful employment.

Essential Functions of the Role

• Provides support and coaching for people with disabilities on how to use job-related tools, instruments, and equipment correctly.
• Implements effective coaching strategies to help people supported overcome employment-related challenges.
• Providing support to employers to identify, modify, and/or eliminate barriers to employment and advancement for people with disabilities
• Acts as a liaison between LADD and employers to identify possible job opportunities for clients with disabilities
• Provide interview training and on-boarding support for person supported
• Commit to being part of a team that creates and sustains a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture.

Candidate Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Current Medication Administration Certification
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than six points, and be insured
