Position: Full Stack Developer (Java/JavaScript)

Tenure: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Florida (Remote)

Position Overview:

Our client operates with a vision to build a range of enterprise products and services finance and banking, corporate governance, healthcare, and law enforcement. As the Full Stack Developer, you’ll help create and build software using modern JavaScript and software development best practices such as Agile, TDD and Continuous Delivery. The ideal candidate will be joining a diverse community of people who are passionate about modern JavaScript and its ability to change the world. You will work on a wide range of projects, using the latest JS frameworks building for the web & mobile, working with a tight knit team of talented individuals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Participate daily in SCRUM meetings with your team lead
• Build the company product and its features ensure that features are shipped efficiently and effectively
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations
• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications
• Experience in design, code, test, debug, and document applications
• Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience developing web applications using front-end JavaScript frameworks such as Angular
• 5+ years of experience with core JavaScript
• 5+ years of experience building Enterprise Level Applications
• Demonstrated experience with server-side programming languages such Java, PHP, C#, Python etc.
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies such as MySQL, SingleStore, SQL Server, MongoDB is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of Software Design Patterns and Techniques
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, to learn new technologies and techniques
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Ability to lead a team
• Experience working with Git or another version control system in a team setting

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
