You'll help test add new features and enhancements through agile software development practices for applications and web sites utilized by government stakeholders and the general public. You'll love our Java Developer role if you have: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

• 4+ years of experience with open source platform Java development, with experience in Visual Basic, NodeJS and Bootstrap
• 4+ years of experience working in an agile scrum development environment and can estimate level of effort for the completion of user stories
• Experience supporting releases and deployments of user stories at the conclusion of sprints
• Experience working in a collaborative environment interfacing with roles including scrum masters, business analysts, QA Testers, and others
• Experience with tools including Maestro (Confluence, Jira) and GitHub
• The availability to support a project during core hours of 8:00 am Eastern to 5:00 pm Eastern (with a one-hour break)
• A DHS Suitability clearance required or must be clearable for U.S. Government issued clearance

We'll REALLY love you if you have: (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)

• Experience with Bootstrap or Selenium
• Experience working in an AWS-based DevOps environment and have used tools such as Jenkins
• A certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. CSM, or SAFe)
• Experience with supporting Federal and/or commercial project in a highly dynamic environment
