Job Duties :

Our maintenance Aides wear a lot of different hats. In general, you’re out and about in the park, performing routine maintenance, completing repair projects and new installations and offering great customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keeping the park clean, emptying trash cans and litter picking
• Carpentry projects
• Plumbing and electrical repairs
• Various projects related to the upkeep of facilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 18-years-old or older on first day of employment
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Attend and successfully complete all training programs as deemed necessary
• Ability and willingness to work with cleaning chemicals, paint and stains, and basic power tools and equipment
• Interest in learning new skills and trades
• Lift/move 20 lbs or more
