J33 – Operations and Integration SME
Job description
Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to join a high-performance team and provide support to the US Space Command (USSPACECOM) J33 Operations Integration Branch. As an Ops Integration Subject Matter Expert, you will coordinate and develop briefing products, manage all aspects of J33 facilitated briefings/presentations and accomplish all other tasks required to support USSPACECOM battle rhythm events.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate and develop briefing products, manage all aspects of J33 facilitated briefings and accomplish all other tasks required to support CUOPS battle rhythm events.
- Action J33 taskers as well as any requests for information to include adjudication and synchronizing USSPACECOM Operations, Activities, and Investments (OAI) with subordinate components, other CCMDs, the JS, and others.
- Prepare the Joint Staff OPSDEP deliverables, integrate and synchronize CUOPS with CCMD activities, and create and integrate/synchronize briefing products in support of CUOPS.
- Monitor, coordinate, advise, and assist other CCMDs on space activities and be familiar with all CMD business rules, guidance, and operations instructions related to CUOPS activities.
What you'll need:
- Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level
- Ability to lead a Joint operations Operational Planning Team
- Ability to brief/interact with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians
- Ability to analyze situations and make well informed recommendations
- Excellent writing and oral presentation skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office suite and Task Management Tool processes
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
- Completion of JPME 1 is highly desired, and JPME II is preferred
- Previous Special Technical Operations (STO) Chief, or planner experience is highly desired
- Previous experience at a CCMD operations center is highly desired
- TS/SCI clearance preferred

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
